- STEP 1 Relax in the shower. Push the black pip left or right with your finger and close it. To remove trapped air, remove the comfort insert.
- STEP 2 Invert the device and fill it water until the brim. Replace the comfort insert and place the pump over your flaccid penis and tighten your pelvic seat. Close the black pip. The chamfer can be positioned both upwards or downwards - depending on your comfort
- STEP 3 With the pump facing upwards, open the black pip to the central position Begin pumping slowly and evenly- Ensure that the pip is open throughout. To remove the pump - press the valve cap inwards to activate a quick-release mechanism
- For best results- remove the device every 2-3 minutes to allow the penis to retract. Massage the penis gently each time before repeating the process. DO NOT USE THE BATHMATE HYDROMAX PUMP FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES IN ANY PERIOD FOR 24 HOURS.

I have been using the hydromax7 for about a month now and I am already getting great results. Before I started using this product I measured about 6″ in length and almost 5″ in girth.
